Shipping
Sales are F.O.B. point of shipment, unless prior arrangements have been made. We ship from our warehouse by our standard shippers at the most economical means possible unless you authorize an upgrade in service. Shipping costs are prepaid and added to invoice. In the event that the Buyer requests an alternate shipper, Buyer must acquire all shipping responsibilities and acquire costs. We reserve the right to charge a handling charge on all orders where the Buyer arranges shipping. All damage that occurs during shipping must be claimed from the shipping company.
Returns
A return authorization number and shipping instructions must be received prior to any returns. The return authorization number must be marked on the outside of the package and be visible to the receiver. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted nor will returns that are shipped collect. Proof of purchase such as invoice number must be available. Special order parts and materials are non-refundable unless warranty applies.

Our primary goal is to deliver quality products and service. If you are not satisfied with your order please call as soon as possible and we will do our very best to satisfy you.
Warranty
Safety Media Inc. warrants to Buyer that the Goods, at the time of leaving our warehouse, will be free from inferior materials or workmanship and will comply with all written specifications that Safety Media Inc. gives to the Buyer with respect to the Goods on or before leaving our warehouse. There will be no other implied warranty. Product manufacturer's specific warranties may vary.
Disclaimer or Warranties
Except as expressly provided above, Safety Media Inc. makes no warranty or representation of any kind, either expressed or implied, as to the Goods, and in particular disclaims all warranties:
As to the design, quality or condition of the Goods;
As to the material, equipment or workmanship in the Goods;
As to merchantability of fitness of the Goods for any particular purpose;
As to the suitability of the Goods for buyer's purposes or the impact of the Goods on buyer's operations;
Or with respect to any patent, copyright, trademark, trade name, service mark or propriety law or right.
Safety Media Inc. makes no warranty or representation regarding the performance Buyer or any other person or entity may obtain from the Goods. We will not be held liable for more than replacement cost of the product.
