Training Facility Specifications:

• Our Training Facility includes its own separate entrance, own foyer/entry way, Training Room with tables, chairs, LCD overhead projector and screen, kitchenette and refrigerator, both men's and women's washrooms.
• Our bright and clean Training Room is 500 square feet, with windows on two sides providing natural lighting. Tables and chairs are arranged in a classroom setting and can accommodate up to 25 people. Guest attendance must not exceed maximum room capacity.
• Ample free parking to accommodate maximum guest attendance.

• Food and non-alcoholic beverages may be brought in.

Pricing, Payment & Cancellation

• Our Training Facility is reasonably priced at $250.00 (+ GST) a day and is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays. Additional charges may apply for specific days and times.
• Payment is collected in advance by Visa, MasterCard or American Express unless prior customer account approval has been arranged.
• Charges are for the rental space and does not include any services.
• We require at least 10 business days notice to rent our Training Facility. Bookings may be cancelled up to 5 business days prior to rental date. Bookings cancelled within 5 business days of rental date will be not be given a refund.
• We require that the Training Facility by left in the same condition as found otherwise an additional cleanup/maintenance charge will apply. Use of adhesives or any other material that may damage the walls are prohibited. Nothing may be hung or removed from the walls, windows or ceiling without approval. The cost to repair any damage to the interior or exterior of the facility will be charged to the renter.
