Frequently Asked Questions
Planning Your Training
Can we combine training with a fire drill?
Tell us your objectives and preferred schedule. We can discuss a combined scope and confirm the activities, coordination and deliverables in the quotation.
Who should attend?
Participants depend on the program: building managers, maintenance staff, fire wardens, other supervisory staff, residents or tenants. Emergency role training should reflect the duties assigned in your Fire Safety Plan.
Can training be delivered online?
Online and on-site options are available for selected programs. Practical exercises and fire drills require suitable site arrangements; we confirm the format when scoping your request.
Does training replace equipment servicing?
Training helps staff understand their responsibilities and recognize issues. It does not replace required inspection, testing or servicing by appropriately qualified personnel.
How long is a session?
Duration depends on the topic, group and practical activities. We confirm it in the quotation rather than assigning the same length to every building.
