Can I order a custom sign online?
Yes, for customized signs: selected room, unit number, stair and elevator signs can be customized and ordered online. For custom-built signs or a coordinated building project, send us your requirements for a quote.
Who do you make custom signs for?
We work with property managers, project managers, building and facility managers, maintenance managers and business owners on condominiums, apartment buildings, offices, and commercial and industrial buildings.
Who manufactures your signs?
Safety Media does. Signs sold under the Safety Media brand are manufactured by Safety Media at our facility in Mississauga, not resold.
Can you work from our architectural drawings or sign schedule?
Yes. Send drawings, a sign schedule or a description of the building and we will review them and define a scope with you.
Do I need finished artwork?
No. Share your wording, logo, photographs or drawings. We can help develop the design and confirm artwork requirements before production.
Can you include tactile lettering and Braille?
Yes. Tell us the sign location and project requirements so tactile lettering, Braille, contrast and layout can be considered in the design.
Can we match our brand or existing signs?
Send brand guidelines, reference photos or a sample. We will discuss suitable materials, colours and finishes, and any matching limitations.
What will my signs cost, and how long will they take?
Pricing and timing depend on design, material, quantity, finishing and approvals. We confirm the quotation and schedule for your project; samples and prototypes are scoped separately.
Do you serve customers outside Ontario?
Yes. Our signs are shipped to customers across Canada and the continental United States. On-site services such as installation are provided in Southern Ontario.
Where do you install custom signs?
We install throughout the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon, Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Halton Hills, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Aurora, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and Clarington. Projects north to Barrie, west to London and east to Ottawa can also be arranged. Include your address and site photos; installation scope, access requirements and pricing are confirmed separately.
