What is your experience?
From London to Ottawa, we have installed and completed both small and large building signage projects, from a single fire safety plan box to parking signs, wayfinding, floor and stairwell numbering, unit signs, room signs and more. We are known for our excellent service and professional installation.
Where do you install?
Our products and services are available across Canada and the United States, including Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic Canada and New York. Installation is available across Toronto and the regions of Peel, Halton, York and Durham, and along the corridor north to Barrie, west to London and east to Ottawa. Our base is in Mississauga. Locations beyond this area are considered individually by quotation — include your address when requesting a quotation.
Who carries out the installation?
Safety Media’s own installation staff — trained professionals who follow applicable safety regulations and the specific rules of your building or organization.
Can you help us decide what signs are needed?
Send your drawings, sign schedule, inspection comments or project requirements. We can discuss a product review, paid site visit or drawing markup and confirm the appropriate scope.
Can you remove existing signs?
Include photos of the signs and mounting surfaces. Removal, disposal and any surface repair responsibilities should be confirmed before the work is quoted.
Do you provide the posts, bases and hardware?
We can supply these as part of the installation package. The selection depends on the sign size, location, mounting surface and site conditions.
Will you need a site visit?
Photos and drawings may be enough for an initial assessment. A paid site visit may be required to confirm quantities, locations, access or mounting conditions; it will be identified in the quotation.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Tell us about access restrictions, residents, tenants, preferred working hours and any special site requirements. We will confirm suitable arrangements when scheduling.
What affects the installation price?
Quantities, installation locations and heights, mounting surfaces, hardware, equipment access, removal and site preparation all affect the scope. Locates, travel and additional visits are included or identified separately as applicable.
Can you accommodate union labour requirements?
Please identify union or other contractor requirements when requesting a quotation so availability, arrangements and pricing can be confirmed.
