Q. Can I return or exchange a product?
A. Yes, at Safety Media, we want you to be 100% satisfied. If you need to return or exchange a stock item for any reason, please call our Customer Service Representatives toll free at 1-800-420-9737, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. ET, Monday - Friday, or e-mail customerservice@safetymedia.com

Stock items (free of defects and in resellable condition) may be returned for a product refund within 14 calendar days of the purchase price. A 30% stocking fee applies with returns over 14 calendar days.

We will fully refund or exchange 99% of our products, however, custom or specially ordered products cannot be returned.

Q. Can I cancel an order?
A. Yes, you may cancel an order if the order has not yet been shipped or picked up and/or if the products in your order have not been specially ordered for you or are custom.
