Communicate Physical (Social) Spacing in your Elevators
Our mission is to help our property managers and owners ensure that all people in the building are safe, and reduce the cost and complexity of compliance.
As a result, we have created a series of signs, based on information on the Government of Canada Public Health Website, about how to reduce the risk of COVID-19 infection or spreading the infection to others.
This sign helps to communicate physical (social) spacing in the elevator.
This sign is accessible to people in many languages and reading abilities. Using standard features that are available in SmartPhones for the last several years, simply hold your camera over the QR code, and a text-based version of the sign will come onto your screen. The sign can be translated into French, Chinese(simplified), Filipino, Hindi, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Urdu, and Vietnamese. If your language setting includes one of these languages, it will come up in that language. Using text to speech features you can also have it read to you!
As a public service, digital copies of this sign are available for free! You can simply print and place these in an 8.5" x 11" snap frame.
