Support safer pedestrian crossings with Safety Media’s WC-27R and WC-27L Pedestrian Crossover Ahead Signs. These warning signs are used to alert drivers that they are approaching a pedestrian crossover, giving road users more time to recognize the crossing area and prepare for pedestrian activity ahead.

Designed for Ontario pedestrian crossing treatments, the right and left versions help match the sign orientation to the roadway approach and approved site layout. The signs are commonly used in advance of a pedestrian crossover as part of a complete crossing treatment, together with pedestrian crossover signs, STOP FOR PEDESTRIANS tabs, pavement markings, flashing beacons and other components based on the approved design. Designed according to the OTM guidance, each sign features a black upward arrow, black pedestrian crossover symbol and black border on a yellow reflective warning background for strong visual recognition in roadway environments.
