ANSI Safety Signs

Maintain workplace safety with our ANSI Z535 signage

Maintain workplace safety with our ANSI Z535 compliant signage. The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) is responsible for creating widely adopted safety standards within workplaces. The ANSI Z535 standards are broken down into six parts numbered Z535.1 through Z535.6. We have designed our signs to comply with updated ANSI Z535 standards. While ANSI is not a governing body, most workplaces follow ANSI standards to ensure safety in the workplace.

Our Signs have an easily recognized format and graphics that are simple to understand as well as universally recognizable pictograms. These signs have different levels of urgency:

  • Danger: indicates a hazardous situation which will result in death or serious injury if not avoided
  • Warning: indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in death or serious injury.
  • Caution: used with the safety alert symbol, indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in minor or moderate injury
  • Notice: used to address practices not related to personal injury

Our signs come in different sizes and material options. If you don’t see the sign you are looking for, feel free to contact us. All of our signs are customizable, and we also offer custom sign services.
